The Client

Children’s Factory is a long-established brand creating early learning and soft play products for schools, daycares, and children’s spaces. As the company introduced a refreshed brand identity, the existing website no longer reflected the direction of the business or the personality of the new brand.

Studio Seagraves was brought in to rethink the digital experience and translate the rebrand into a more modern, intuitive eCommerce site.

The Challenge

The existing website felt dated and disconnected from the company’s new visual identity.

The challenge was to create a digital experience that felt more current, approachable, and aligned with the rebrand while also improving how customers moved through a large product catalog.

The site needed stronger hierarchy, clearer navigation, and a more cohesive visual system across desktop and mobile.

Our Approach

We started with the customer journey and overall site structure, then translated the new brand identity into a complete eCommerce design system.

Studio Seagraves led the UX strategy, eCommerce consulting, creative direction, and Figma design across key page templates, navigation, product discovery, and mobile experiences.

We partnered with Alchemy + Aim for development, working collaboratively to bring the new experience to life.

The Result

The new website introduced a cleaner, more playful visual direction that better reflected the refreshed Children’s Factory brand.

We created a more intuitive navigation system, clearer product pathways, and a flexible set of page templates designed to support a broad catalog while keeping the experience easy to browse.

The result was a more cohesive eCommerce experience that connected the company’s new brand identity with a modern eCommerce foundation built for future growth.

I worked with Studio Seagraves to create an innovative, capable, and appealing ecommerce platform for the customer's of the Children's Factory. I found the Seagraves team to be supportive, capable, and able to execute on a vision that wasn't always crystal clear. In addition to being capable at realizing my team's vision, they were also extremely helpful in guiding development and helping me and my team avoid pitfalls that would have resulted in a less effective end product. For anyone looking to engage a marketing team with real technological expertise, I would highly recommend Studio Seagraves. I'll definitely be using them again on my next project.
