Comerford Collection founded in 1999 is a luxury furniture and home decor store located in Southampton, NY and Sag Harbor, NY by Karen Comerford. Comerford Collection’s designs are simple, bold, and tactile — embracing the movement toward artisanal handcrafted products. Every item is built to the highest standards, making it an heirloom piece that will last for years to come.
The Challenge
Comerford Collection, a luxury home furnishings brand in the Hamptons, was operating on an outdated Volusion site that no longer reflected their refined in-store experience. They needed a full digital transformation to match their elevated aesthetic and support growth through features like gifting, registries, and premium shipping.
Our Strategy
Studio Seagraves led a full replatform to Shopify, redesigning the site with a high-end UX and modern navigation to reflect the brand’s sophistication. We also refined their in-store branding—signage, packaging, and print materials—for cohesion across all touchpoints. On the site, we implemented advanced features like wish lists, gift registries, upsells, and custom shipping logic to support both retail and online fulfillment.
Results
The new Shopify site doubled annual revenue and increased average order value by 45%. Comerford’s digital and physical brand presence now feel seamlessly aligned, creating a more luxurious, omnichannel customer journey and positioning them for long-term growth.
