Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING:  

STUDIO SEAGRAVES LLC DBA AMBER SEAGRAVES

Amber Seagraves products are shipped by UPS, Fed Ex and USPS.  We offer free ground shipping with in the United States.  

International shipments are sent via Fed Ex and UPS. Total freight charges will be determined at checkout. International customers are responsible for all duties, customs and fees. 

We are a small team please allow 4-7 days for us to process your order.  However, we will always try to get your order to you sooner. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:  

Amber Seagraves offers store credit and exchanges only.  Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  Prior to return, please forward your original email receipt from the purchase of your item to hello@shopamberseagraves.com and send your item to:

DAMAGED GOODS:

Must be addressed within 7 days of receipt and must be returned within 30 days of receipt with proof of purchase. Prior to return, please forward your original email receipt from the purchase of your item to hello@amberseagraves.com
Please refer to our Product Care page for what is considered a damaged good.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations may be made prior to your order being shipped.  Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will email you a tracking number and we will be unable to cancel your order and the Return Policy will be in effect.
